Aching Legs After Giving Birth

Removing Think Point

1) Go to the Windows start menu and press "run"
2) Then you have to enter "cmd" in the text field
3) After this a black window will open, there you have to enter:
taskkill /IM hotfix.exe

You have to do this, to kill the thinkpoint process.
The problem is sometimes the process is not killed correctly.
Please check that via entering: tasklist

The hotfix.exe shouldn't be there anymore, but if he is enter "taskkill /IM hotfix.exe" again.

4) Now the process is killed and it's time for deleting hotfix.exe. The path to file is:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Appdata <- Windows XP

C:\user\username\appdata\roaming <- Windows 7

You have to delete the hotfix.exe file and there are some *.bat-files with random numbers as filenames, delete them, too.

5) Next step is to clean the registry. Press the run button again and type "regedit":
The value you have to delete is in this direction:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

hisself And the value is: "shell"

6) Now think point must be removed from your PC.
